Q: What will the charge look like on my credit card?
A:The charge will be labeled on your credit card statement as "Overstock DVDz". There will be no indication that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement.
Q: Has my order been shipped?
A: You can track your order by loggin into 'My Account' securely using you 'Last Name' and 'Email Address'. Here you can check the status of your order and receive USPS tracking information.
Q: How will my package be shipped?
A: We ship all order out using the USPS. For you safety and ours all orders are shipped using
a trackable ship method. Since all packages are trackable there is never guessing or not knowing exactly where your packge is. All orders are shipped in sealed unmarked packages. There is absolutely no indications on the packaging that the contents are adult goods.
Q: Can I return DVDs?
A: Overstock DVDz only exchanges DVDs that are defective or damaged. The returned merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item which you are returning.
Q: How do you sell DVDs at such low prices?
A: Overstock DVDz believes the most important elements of a sale is a satisfied customer. Unlike most other sites who mark up their products well over 300% we believe in repeat sales. If you satisfy the customers they will return for more.
Q: Is my credit card information secure on your site?
A: Your information is highly secured. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your information at 128 bits.
Q: How do I create an account to avoid re-typing my information?
A: When you place an order your account is already created. If you click on 'My Account' you can view your account information, past orders and place new orders. For security purposes we do not keep your credit card information on file.
Q: Have I purchased from you before?
A: Chances are if you purchased adult products online we may have a hand in filling your order. In the past 18 months we have purchased a large amount of smaller companies and have merged them into our huge fulfillment network.
